OCEAN SCAPE VILLA is a "one room studio villa" that is around 400 square feet and is located on the ground floor directly on Grace Bay Beach and Atlantic Ocean. It has one king bed and a sleeper sofa that makes into a second bed, a fantastic view of the beach and ocean and has two sets of sliding glass doors that open onto a furnished patio with a walk out to our tropical gardens and the beach. Ocean Scape Beachfront Villa is ideal for couples or singles and is a great value..... making for an ideal choice. Since the sofa sleeper can be opened and becomes a bed, the villa can in fact sleep up to 4 people. Included in the villa is a 32 inch flat screen TV, a small refrigerator, CONVECTION microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a two burner counter top stove (there is no oven) with all of the necessary cooking supplies and utensils and serving ware. There is also air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls and daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge. Ocean Scape Beachfront Villa is located directly on the beach and sits on an acre of lush tropical gardens overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The villa faces the ocean and the area is set up with outdoor chairs, tables, chaise lounges, showers, and a BBQ grill for our guests to use.  OCEAN SCAPE Beachfront Villa is only about 20-25 feet from the edge of the beach shoreline. It probably is the closest villa/building on the Beach and Atlantic Ocean than any other villas on the entire island.
